1. That she is Secretary-Treasurer of Holiday Out at St.
Lucie, a Condominiwn, a corporation not for prof it organized and
existinq under the laWS of the State of Florida and that as such
officer she is duly aut2~orized to make this Claim of Lien.
2. That the aforesaid corporation is the association
~ responsible for the~operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a
Condominiwn, as provided in the Declaration of Condominium recorded
in O~f icial Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of
St. I,ucie County, Florida. -
3, That this is- a claim of lien for unpaid assessments, late
charges, and interest on such assessments~ as provided by Section
711.15(4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the aforesaid
Declaration of Condominium, upon the folloxing described lot of
Holiday Out at St. Lucie~ a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium recorded in Off icial Record Book 168 at page 1348
of the public records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida. ;
