and take acknowledgements, personally appeared before me
A. R. Rerr, to me well kno~wn, who first being duly sworn _
deposes and says as follows:
That he has been a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida F
for more than thirty (30) years and that he was a relative
of Homer E. Coleman and that he knew him practically all ;
of his life and that the said Homer E. Coleman died in
Phoenix, Arizona prior to January 10, 1967.
