valuable consideration which i/we have ~eceived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Flo~ida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, ope~ation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wi~es, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facitities or a~y of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or perwn; also, to cut, trim and ~keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, unde~, and across my/our property desc~ibed
as follows;
The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, less the North 290 feet of the East
350 feet, and less the parcel described in O. R. Book 189,
page 352, Section 29-, ~ownship 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
~ Lucie County, Florida. ~
An anchor easement 5 feet wide, centered 825+ feet South of
and parallel with the North Section Line, beginning 40 feet
West of the East Section Line, and running West 40 feet.-
