WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration `

whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,. •
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantees .
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

a subdivision accordint to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 14, page 4 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
The individual grantors covenant with the grantees
that the above described real property constitutes unimproved ~ .
residential lots and that said property is not now nor has it ever
been the homestead of any or all of the individual grantors.
TOGETI~R WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywi~ appertaining.
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever. ~

AND the grantors hereby covenant with the said grantees -'1'l~~ ~
that the grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; ~
that the grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell
and convey said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant
the title to said land and will defend the same.against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said 1and~is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to
December 31, 1972.
