have made any warranty or repreeentation in connection with the
property or the condominium documents, except as specif ically set
forth therein, and no person shall rely upon any warranty or repre-
sentation not so specifically mnde therein. Any esti.m~tes of common
expenses, taxes or other charges are deemed accurate, but no warranty
or quaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied upon.
Q. In order to ineure the condominium of adequate and
uniform water service and sewaqe disposal service, Developer shall
have and hereby reserves the exclusiYe r3ght to contract for the
servicinq of this Condominium and the unit owners therein with
said services. Thia right may be terminated by a wafver executed
by the Developer in writing.
R. Notwithstanding the fact that the present provisions
of the Condominium Act of the State of Florida i.ncorporated by
reference and included herein thereby, the provisions of th3.s
Declaration and Exhibits thereto shall be paramount to the condo-
minium act ae to those provisions where permissive variances are
permitted; otherwise, the provisions of said condominium act shall
prevail and shall be deemed incorporatecl therein.
S. No condominium parcel owner shall bring, or have any
right to bring, any action for partition or divi~ion of the condominiun
property.
T. This Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereto
shall be interpreted under the laws of the Sta~e of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership,
a Florida limited partnership, has caused these presents to be
