BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~
ROBERT JOIiNSTONE and J. L. KRCHNAK, to me well known to be the persons ~
described in and who executed the foregoinq instrument, as President ~

non-profit corporation, and they severally acknowledqed hefore me
that they executed such instrument as such officers of said corpora-
tion, and that the seal aff ixed thereto is the corporate seal of said
