RULES A ~ TIONS .
Section l. The Boasd o€ Directors may, from time to .
time, adopt or amend previously adopted administrative Rules and
Requlations governing the details o~ the operation, use, mainte-
nance, manaqement and control of the conanon elements of the Condo-
miniwn, and any facilities or services made available to the unit
owners. A copy of the Rules and Regulations adopted from time to
time, as herein provided, shall, from time to time, be posted in
a conspicuous place. -
5ection 2. As to Condominium Units. The Board of Direc-
tors may from time to ~ae a opt or amen previously adopted Rules
and Regulntion~ qoverning and restricting the use and maintenance_
of the Conc~ominium units, provided, however, that copies of such
Rules and Regulations,~prior to the time the same become effective,
shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the Condominium's property,
and/or copies of same shall be furnished to each owner.
Section 3. Conflict. In the event og any conflict
between the Rules and Re-
guI~ations adopted, or from time to time
amended, and the Condominium documents, or the Condominium Act,
the latter shall prevail. If any unreconciled con£lict should
exist or hereafter arise with respect to the interpretation of
these, the By-Laws and the Declaration of Condominium, the provi-
sions of said Declaration shall prevail.
THS FOREGOING WERE DULY ADOPTED AS THE SY-LAWS OF
CAPSTAN I, INCORPORATED, A FLORIDA CORPORATION NOT FOR PROFIT,
AT FIRST MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DYRECTORS.
