Votinq by the members of this Corporation, in the affairs of this corporation shall be as set forth in the Declarations of Condominium establisfiinq said condominiums. The owners of the unimproved sites upon which condomi.nium units are to be constructed and of the unsold units in said condo- minium shall be entitled to vote 100$ of the voting rights of this Corporation, until such time as the said owners elect to terminate their control of the condominium, or until the first Monday in February, 1979, whichever shall first occur, at which time their membership and said right to vote shall cease except as to any unsold units or sites which they might retain at that time. Should the owners or their successors~of said sites reacquire the fee simple title to a condominium parcel, they shall again, in this instance, be entitled to the vote assigned to said condominium parcel. Voting rights shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium and the By-Laws of . _ the Corporation. I . ARTICLE V CORPORATE EXISTENCE This corporation shall have perpetual existence unless sooner dissolved by law. ARTICLE VI - NUMBER OF DIRECTORS 1. lhe business of this corporation shall be conducted by a Board of Directors of not less than three nor more than fifteen, the exact number of directors to be fixed by the By-Laws of the corporation.
