is substantially amended before the assessments are made, copies
of the amended budget shall be furnished to each member concerned.
Section 6. The Board of Directors may require that a
fidelity bond be obtained for all officers and employees of the
corporation handlinq or responsible for corporation funds. The ,
amount of such bond shall be determined by the Board of Directors ;
and the premium on such bond shall be paid by the corporation as ;
an item of qeneral expense.
Section 7. All assessments paid by members of the
corporation for the maintenance and operation of the corporation
property shall be utilized by the corporation for the purposes
' enumerated in the Articles of Incorporation.
ARTICLE IX
AMENDMENTS
Section 1. These By-Laws may be amended at a duly
constituted membership meeting for the purpose, provided, however,
that no amendment shall take effect unless approved by members
representinq at least two-thirds of the total vote of the members _
of the corporation.
Section 2. NQtice of the subject matter of any proposed
amendment shall be included in the notice of any meeting at which
a proposed amendment is considered.
Section 3. No amendment to the Articles af Incorporation
or the By-Laws of the corporation, shall be effective until the
same has been recorded with the Clerk of the Circuit C~urt in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
