THIS WARRANTY DEED. Made the o13 day of September, 1974. by
and between OTIS P. CLEMONS and IDA M. CLEMONS~ his wife; C. W.
BAILEY and JOYCE BAILEY, his wife; and JAMES R. FOWLER-and BARBARA
SUE FOWLER, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to TRUCANE
SUGAR CORPORATION, a corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida. with its permanent postoffice address at

of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
ALL of Sections 19, 30, and 31. and the West 1260 feet
of Sections 20, 29, and 32, all in Township 37 South,

Grantors expressly reserve an easement for ingress and egress

be assumed and paid by grantee.
