joined by his wife, MARLYS ANN HELLER, and it appearing to the Court t
that the Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor ~
child herein sought to be adopted; that the best interests of said
child will be promoted by~this adoption, and that the child is a suit- ;
able subject for adoption by said Petitioners, and the Court being ;

fully advised in the premises, it is, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, DANIEL GLSN ~
SOLOMON, be, and he is hereby, declared to be the'legal child of Peti-
tioners, DONALD J. HELLER and MARLYS ANN HELLER, and that he is hereby
j given the name of DANIEL GLEN HELLER, by which name said child shall

~ be hereafter known.
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said minor child
shall be the legal heir of Petitioners, DONALD J. BELLER and MARLYS
ANN HELLER, entitled to all of the rights and privileges and subject
to all the obligations of children born to Petitioners in lawful wed-
lock.
