the order of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial District,
in and for St. Lucie County, State of Florida bearing the date the
29th day of August, 1974, and rendered and recorded in Official
Records Book 231 at page 1317 on.the 29th day of Auquat, 1974. The
nature of the order appealed from is an order denying the Ausband's
Motion to Set Aside Judgm~nt dated the 22nd day of August~ 1974.
