Cause against the husband, and both parties appeared and the
~ consideration to ~
, Court, after having heard testimony, and given y
the evidence, finds and determines that the husband is in default ~
~ of the provisions in the amount of one thousand and seventy ~

dollars (~1,070.~) as support; that the husband is in the arrears~
i
~in the amount of three hundred fifty dallars (f350.00) as attorney~
11 fees, and costs in the amount of thirty dollars and fifty cents j
- $30.50). By reason of the foregoing it is thereupon ORDERID ~
