O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Pro Ration of Reimbursement, and
counsel for the Plaintiff and State Auto Insurance Companies _ -
being present, and the Court being otherwise fully informed
in the premises, it is j
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the State Auto Insurance Companies are
entitled to an equitable reinibursement of seventy-five percent
~ of the PIP medical coverage paid on behalf of th~ Plaintiff,
i
~ Orrin John Vickers.
2. That based upon the aforementioned reimbursement
!
i
figure the State Auto Insurance Companies ary-entitled to have ~
_
and receive from the Plaintiff, Orrin John Vickers, the sum of ~
$1,628.42, as full and complete equitable reimbursement under -
the appropriate provisions of FS 627.736.
