OGETHER with all and singular the tenemente, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, 8nd the revexsion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. Md also all the
estate, right, title, interest, praperty, poasession, claia and demand Whatsoever,
as Well in law as in equity, of the Grantor, of, in and to the same, and every
part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted a~d described premises with the
appurtenances, unto the Grantee(s), and the heire and assigns of eaid Grantee(s),
to their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
SUBJECT TO ALL covenants, restrictione, reservations, easements, conditions _
and rights appearing of record; and SUBJECr to any state of facts an accurate
survey would show.

AND the said Grantor does hereby specially warrant tbe tiCle to said land
against the laWful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under him.
