INC a Florida corporation, and JACK S. POPICK and RUTH W. POPICK,
his wife, bearing date the 8th day of August, 1972, recorded in ~
0. R. Book~205, page 463 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, given to secure the
sum of ~TO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00), evidenced by one certain
note , upon the follo~wing described property, situate, lying and ?
being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
As described in that certain mortgage recorded in
O. R. Book 205, page 463, public records of St.
- Lucie County, Florida, and assigned by Assignment
of Mortgage dated December 2, 1972 and recorded in
O. R. Book 211, page 1816, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby
