DIZTMAR'S ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, according to map or plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 161, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, and also as shown on the assessor's map of
the North_part of Fort Pierce, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book l, Page 164, of the public records
of St . Lucie County, Florida, said strip of land being
27.8 feet wide at the south end, and 30 feet wide at the
north end, and containing 0.04 acres more or less.
Together with all buildings and improvements located
thereon.
