FEE SIMPLE DEED
T'he Grantors, ETJWARD C. HUFF and RUTH H. HALL, in
consideration of $1.00 and other valuable considerations received
from the Grantee, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee, JiIDITS
g. McCABE, whose post office address is 2841 North Hampton Street
Northwest, Wash ington, D.C. 20015, the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida ("the property"), described on attached Schedule A.
This deed is given in connection with the final distri-
bution of the estate of Norman V. Huff, deceased, and for the
purpose of conveying to the Grantee any interest in the property
acquired by the Grantors as beneficiaries under the will of
Norman V. Huff.
As partial consideration for this conveyance, the
Grantee has agreed that the Grantors shall have: (a) the right
of first refusal to purchase the property, which right shall
terminate on ~ ~y 2 2 , 2014, or upon the death of the
last of the Grantors to die, whichever is earlier; and (b) the
right to share in the proceeds of any sale of the property if
such sale is made prior to~u ~-`1 Z'L , 1979.
