FINAL JUDGMLNT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 20th day of September, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence~
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties '
and subject matter of the suit: That the relation of husband and
wife now exist between the parties: And that the marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievable broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between Barbara J.
Lobr.utto, wife and William A. Lobrutto, husband, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each af them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds matrimony hereto for existing be-
' tween them and fram the obligations arising therefrom. .

~ 2. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY. The husband is directed to convey

to the wife, by appropriate legal documentation, on or before
ten (10) days from the date of the order, all of his right, title.
and interest, in and to the herein after described personal: 1973
Dodge Charger Automobile and certain furniture and furnishings _
presently in the possession of the wife ha~i'I.ng approximate value
of Fourteen Hundred Dollars ($1,400.00): That the wife shall

assume any and all obligations with regard to said property out-
~ standing and presently due owing to third parties.
~ 3. REPAYI~NT OF DEBT. The husband shall assume the herein-
~
~ after setforth obligations (approximate balances) incurred by the
~
~
~ parties during the marriage:
