ORDER APPOTNTING COMMISSIONER

This cause coming on before me upon the petition filed
by counsel for plaintiff for an order appointing ROBIN L. TRIBBLE
as a commissioner of this Court for the purpose of taking the deposition
of the witness, CECIL C. KELSO, and it appearing.to~e Court
- that defendants' attorney has been served with a copy of the petition
and a copy of this order and has no objection to the entry of this
order, and the Court being fully advised~in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROBIN L. TRIBBLE, a court reporter
and notary public under the laws of the State of Alabama be and he

y is hereby appointed as a commissioner of this Court, pursuant to the
provisions of Rule 1.410 of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, for the
purpose of taking the deposition of the witness, CECIL C. KELSO, at
2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 22, 1974, at the office of CABINESS,
JOANSON, DUMAS, O'NEAL & HAYS, 1900 First National Southern Natural `
Building, Birmingham, Alabama 35203, in accordance with the notice
of taking deposition heretofore f iled in this cause by counsel for the
plaintiff, and the Cierk of the Circuit Court in and for Jefferson
County, Alabama, is hereby authorized to issue a subpoena to compel•
the attendance of the said CECIL C. KELSO. i
