THIS MATTER HAVING come before the Court upon the Statement
of Claiun filed by the Plaintiff and the Counter-Claim filed by
the Defendant, and the Court having heard.the testimony of the
~ parties and having examined the formica cabinets which form the
subject matter o£ the instant suit, it is the finding of this Court
that the Plaintiff is ~ntitled to an offset in the total contract
price for the cabinets in the sum of $216.00. This offset in the
total contract price is based upon my finding that the Defendant
owes the Plaintiff $140.00 for failure to install the cabinets and
~ $76.00 for cabinetry work which was not performed by the Defendant-
~ according to the terms of the contract. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, Counter-Plaintiff,
go hence without day and take nothing by this cause-against the ~
Plaintiff.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this~day of September, 1974.
