DIRECTIONS TO LOWER COURT TO SUPPLEMENT RECORD ON APPEAL
THE CIRCUIT COURT in and for St. Lucie County, in its
appellate capacity, on its own motion, directs the Caunty Court
of St. Lucie County, within Zi~IENTY (2) DAYS to provide the follow-
ing information. -
The Appellant, CAROL HORNER, d/~/a OKEECHOBEE WELL DRILLING
CONTRACT06, INC., in her brief in the above styled appeal, alleges
i fundamental error in the entry of Final Judgment against her on
~ June 3, 1974, in that alleg~dly, no testimony whatsoever, sworn
or unsworn, was presented to th~ Court and that there was no trial
even though a trial was scheduled for June 3, 1974. The record on
appeal does not establish whether there was or was not a trial.
~ The-County Court of St. Lucie County is directed to advise
this Court, in writing, within twenty (20) days, if, in fact, a

trial was held, if, in fact, testimony of witnesses was heard by
fi the Court, whether such testimony was sworn or unsworn, whether
the Defendant, CAROL HORNER, was given notice of any such trial,
- whether she was pzesent at any such trial, and whether she was allowed
to cross-examine any witnesses who testified against her.
