TREIBLEY, Husband. ) ~ Z~ 2 32 PM'7~1 ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - - This caouse came on for trial the day o_ 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus- band and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriag between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved'. It is thereupon ~ ~ ORDERED AND A~JUDGED as follows: ~ ~ ~ ` 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife, MARIE TREIBLEY, and the husband, PAUL G. TREIBLEY, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist- ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ _ ~ 2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ; ~ t enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy- ~ ing, the other. • t 3. JURISDICTION.
