FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of ~
19?4, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
pleadings and evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJQDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between
RONALD STEVEN FAAS and PHYRNE A. HICKMAN FAAS be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obliqations arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PHYRNE A. HICKMAN FAAS be

~ and she is hereby authorized to resume her former name of
pHYRNB A. HICKMAN and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriaqe had not intervened. ~
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoinesi and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained fo~ the entry of such further orders

~ as may be proper.
