THIS CAUSE WAS heard upon the verified Petition For Adoption ~
filed in this cause and the natural mother of the minor child
sought to be adopted having consented to said adoption, and
it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and
proper per..s~on to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted
and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by -
the adoption, and that the child is suitable for adoption by '
Petitioner, RODOLFO RICARDO GARCIA, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore _
! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as DAVID
; JERRY EDEN, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner
~ herein, RODOLFO RICARDO GARCIA~ and is given the name of DAVID JERRY
GARCIA, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child~shall be the child
and legal heir ot the Petitioner, RODOLFO RICARDO GARCIA, entitled
to all rights and privileqes, subject to all obligations of
a child born to the Petitioner, RODOLFO RICARDO GARCIA, in
lawful wedlock.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
