further acknorrledges receip~ of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, its E~hivits, and budget, sales brochure ancl floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoinq is
essential to th~ successfu2 operation and management of ~ne Condo-
minium provzrty and is in tne best interests and for the-benefit of ~
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the t;
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of tlie terms and provisions oL- said Declarstion" of Condo~:?inium
and Eahibits attache3 thereto, and a~rees that the assessment under
the Propzrty Owners' ~1s~ocia~ion documents referred to above and th~
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirns that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered
and inlpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property ~
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. ' Purchaser confirr.~s
that all warranties, representations and inducements if any, are as
contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
t attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums aue under the .
