~ This cause came on for trial this date and the court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determine
that this court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matte
~ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists

~ between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
i~
~t is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GWEN C.
WILCOX and JOE KENNETH WILCOX be and the same is hereby dissolved,

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
i the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between th~m and from
, the obligations arising therefrom.
f! 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. GWEN C. WILCOX be and she is

i+ hereby atthorized to assume her former name of GWEN C. MARVIL and

~ to use the same in aIl respects as if said marriage had not
intervened. #

ii 3. RF~TRAIlVING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined

and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.

4. FEES AND COSTS. The court.determines the sum of
