THIS CAUSB came on to be heard, after due notice, on
the Joint Motion of the Plaintiff, WILLIAM ALVSY, JR., a minor,
by his appointed Guardian, WILLIAM ALV$Y, SR., individually and
as natural parent and gue~ rdian of WILLIAM ALV$Y, JR., a minor,
and~the Defendant, TRAVELSRS INSURANCB COMPANY, for the entry of
an Order approving the compromise and settlement of this cause
for the sum of $5,000.00, and forother reliet, the parties being
represented by their respective counsel, and it appearing to the
Court that the compromise and settlement is for the best interest
of the minor Plai.ntiff and that the Motioh shou ld be granted and

1. That the proposed compromise and settlement by
which the Defendant, TRAVELERS. xNSURANCE COMPANY, agrees to pay
to the minor Plaintiff, WILLIAM ALVEY, JR., the sum of $5,000.00
in full compromise, settlement, release and discharge of all
claims that the minor Plaintiff now has, ever had or hereafter
may have against the Defendant, TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY, or
any other persons, firms or corporations, because of the injuries

received, either known or unknown, as a result of the certain
accident that occurred on or about June 7, 1973 in which an
unknown and uninsured motorist proceeded west on"Tumblin Kling Roa
