CONSENT ORDER ON CONTEMPT HSARING 292462
The undersigned Circuit Judge hereby enters this Consent Order, ~
pursuant to Agreement entered into by the parties and their cownsel j
~
and orders that the following be done: -
1. That the former Husband shall pay to the former Wife, the
sum of $1,648.00 at the rate of $100.00 per month commencing October 20,
1974, and on the 20th day of each month thereafter until said sum shall
-be paid in full. ~ ~
Each vayment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
~ this order is in effect.
€ 2. That the former Wife's attorney's fee in the amount of
$150.00 shall be paid by the Husband at t!~e rate of $25.00 per month,
commencing October 20, 1974, and on the same date of every month there-
after until said sum is paid in full, and is to be paid directly to
C. R. McDonald, Jr.
