That the wife, GERALD.INE MATHIS, shall have children herei
involved on alternate New Years, com~nencing with New Year's Eve of
197~ and terminating New Year'.s Day, 197~i, and each and every New
Years thereafter.
That the wife, GERALDINE MATHIS, shall have the children
herein involved on Mother's Day each and every year and Thanksgiv-
ing on alternating years, commencing Thanksgiving of 1975. _
The Court does hereby restrain both the husband, STEVE
FRArflCLIN MATHIS , and the wife , GERALDINE MATHIS , from removing or
allowing the removal of the children herein involved from the Stat
.Ct~ a'1.
of Florida without~the written consent of the parties hereinhwith-
out Order of this Court. _
That this Court continu~s to reserve jurisdiction for the
entry of other and such further Orders as may be proper.
Upon the failure of the husband, STEVE FRANKLIN MATHIS, to

k abide by this Order and an Aff idavit being filed with the Clerk of
~ the Court setting out said failure, that an Order will be issued
~ by this Court for the instanter com~itment of the husband, STEVE
FRAIdCLIN MATHIS., in the County Jail, by reason of his contempt of
this Order, for such period of time as this Court shall then order.
