KATI~RII~IE M. EVERTS, after being duly sworn, deposes and says:
l. That ahe was granted a Final Decree of Divorce fran
Howell li. Ever'ts on July 30th, 1964.
~ 2. That:the mortgage dated April lst, 1967 from Howell W. Everts
and Katherine M. Everts, his wife, to Exterior Designers, Inc., (recorded
in O.R. Book l65 at page 2240, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida) and the mortgage dated June 2nd, 1969 from Howell W.-Everts and
Katherir~e M. Everts, his wife, to Abe Abramson (reeorded in O.R. Book 178
at page 905 of the public reeords of St. Lucie County, Florida~ were
executed as a matter of convenience.
- 3. That she was never remarried to Howell W. Everts after the
divorce granted on July 30th, 1964 and she and Hawell W. Everts were
single adults when they executed'the deed to Ethel B. MeGrue on April 7th,
1972 (recorded in O.R. Book 202 at Page 684 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida).
