after referred to as the "Developer".
ARTICI.E I: SUBMISSION TO CONDOMINIUM OWNSRSHIP
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Condominium
Act of the State of Florida, Developer hereby submits the fol-
lowing described land lying and situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to Condominium ownership:
The North 500 feet of Unit One of NORTH BEACA SUB-
DIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
7, at paqe 50, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
ARTICLE II: NAME _
The name by which this condominium is to be identified is .

ARTICLE III: DEFINITIONS
~ A. A artment means that part of the condominium property ;
which is subject to private ownership.
B. Articles of Incorporation.means the Articles of Incor-
poration of the Association as they may be from time to time-
amended.
C. Assessment means a share of the funds required for the
payment of common expenses which from time to time is assessed
against the apartment owner. _
D. Association means LA SAGRA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,

E. By-Laws mean the By-Laws of the Association, as they
may be from time to time amended.
