F. Comnnon elem~ents means all of the condominium not included
in the apartments.
G. Coimaon expenses mean the expenses for which the owners ~
are liable to the Association, including but not limited to the

expenses of admi.nistration, maintenance, operation, repair or

replacement of the common elements, and the expense of providing
water and sanitary sewer service for the apartments.
H. Condaminiwm means all of the condominium property, in-
cludinc~ but not limited to the~land, apartment building and
tanqible personal property furnished by the Developer or purchased
by the Association.
I. I.imited common elements means and includes those common, i

elements which are reserved for the use of a certain apartment or ~
i
apartments to the exclusion of other apartments as designated on ~
the development plan.
J. Owner means the awner of an apartment together with the
undivided share of the common elements appurtenant to the apart-
ment. ~ i

K. Utility services shall mean electric pawer, hot and co?d k
i water, telephone, garbaqe and trash disposal, sanitary sewer, '

' central television antenna, gas, air-conditioning, heating, closed

~ circuit security television in certain pub lic spaces, and all
` similar services which may from time to time be furnished in and
to the condominium.
Other terms used in this Declaration and not defined herein
shall be as defined in the Condominium Act of the State of Florida.
