Each of the remaining floors has a storage room, two (2) one-bedroom apartments and eiqht (8) two-bedroom apartments for a total of - one hundred sixteen (~116) apartments. Each apartment on floor one (1) through nine (9) is identified by a three (3) digit number, the first digit of which~corresponds to the floor on which the apartment is located, and each apartment on floors ten (10) throuqh twelve (12) is identified by a four (4) digit number, the first two (2) digits of which correspond to the floor on which the apartment is located, so that no apartment bears the same desig- nation as any other apartment. Parkinq spaces identified by an apartment number are a limited common element for that apartment. Parking spaces not so identified are common elements to be used as directed by the Association. The bal.cony appurtenant to each apartment is also a limited common element for that apartment. The land on which the apartment building is located and the remaining land within the boundaries of the condominium as heretofore stated, ~ - a as well as those portions of the apartment building which are not ~ included within the apartments, are common elements. _ B. Apartment boundaries: Each apartment shall consist of that part of the apartment building which ltes within the fol- . lowing boundaries: i. Upper horizontal. The upper horizontal boundary of . _ all apartments shall be the plane of the undersurface of the ceiling slab. ii. Lower horizontal. The lower horizontal boundary of all apartments shall be the finished surface of the ~ floor slab. ~ ~ iii. Vertical. The vertical boundary of all apartments ~ ~ shall be the center line of boundary walls between ~ the apartments and the interior plane or surface of _ the outside or exterior walls of the apartment building, ~ said plane or surface ta be of said wall itself and not ~ ! the plane or surface of the furring, lathing or plaster attached to said wall.
