An apartment shall not be deemed to include any pipes, ducts, wires, conduits, or other facilities for the furnishing of utility services which may be contained within its boundaries but which are utilized to furnish utility services to common elements and/or an apartment or apart- ments other than or in addition to the apartment within which contained, or colwnns, walls or partitions contributing to support of an apartment building. Such excluded items shall be included in the comnnon elements. D. Amendment of plans. Developer reserves the right to change the interior design and arrangement of all apartments, and to alter the boundaries between apartments, so long as Developer owns the apartn~ents so altered. Such change or changes shall be =eflected by an amendment to this Declaration which amendment need be signed and acknowledged only by the Developer and need not be approved by the Association, apartment ~ owners, or lienors or mortgagees of apartments, whether or not elsewhere required for amendment. No such change or changes shall increase the number of apartments or alter the boundaries ! of the common elements without amendment of this Declaration by ~ approval of the Association, apartment owners or lienors or mortgagees of apartments in the manner elsewhere provided. ARTICLE V: SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS Each apartment owner shall have an undivided interest in the common elements of the condominium as set'forth in e~ibit "B" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
