owner_.shall permit any use of his apartment or make
any use of #he comomon elements that will increase the -
cost of insurance upon the condominium property.
iv. Lawful use. No immoral, improper, offensive or un-
lawful use shall•be made of the condominium property
nor any part of it; and all valid laws, zoning
ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies
having jurisdiction over the condominium property shall
be observed. The responsibility of ineeting the require-
ments of governmental bodies for maintenance, modi-
fication or repair of the condominium property shall
- be the same as the responsibility for th~ maintenance
and repair of the property concerned. 2

provided the occupancy is only by the lessee and his
family, its servants and guests. No rooms may be ~
rented and no transient tenants may be accomodated. ~

written consent of the board of directors of the
Association, or of the Developer, provided such
written consent when once given and relied upon in
connection with the purchase and acquisition of
an apartment may not thereafter be revoked

~ owner; and provided, further, that children under

~ such age may visit and temporarily~reside in an

~ apartment provided such temporary residence

~ shall not exceed thirty (30) days within any con-

~ secutive twelve (12) month period.
