certifying as to the facts effectinq the termination, which certi-
ficate shall become effective upon recording in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
C. Interest of owners after termination. After termination
of the condominiwn plan of ownership, the owners shall own the
condominium and all assets of the Association as tenants in common.
The percentage interest of each owner as~a tenant in common shall
be the same as his percentage interest in the common elements prior
to such termination.
D. Amendment. T'his article entitled "Termination" cannot be
amended without the consent of all apartment.owners and of all
holders of record of mortgages on the apartments.

ARTICLE XXIV: AMENDMENTS

A. Amendments. Except as elsewhere provided, this Declaration
of Condominium may be amended in the following manner:

i. Notice. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed
amendment shall be included in the notice of any
meeting at which a proposed amendment is to be con-
~ ~ sidered. -

; ii. Resolution. A resolution for the adoption of a

~ proposed amendment may be proposed either by the
~
~ board of directors of the Association or by the ' i
t
members of the Association. Directors and members
i
not present in person or by proxy at the meeting
considering the amendment may express their approval
in writing, provided such approval is delivered to .
~ the secretary at or prior to the meeting. Adoption
d amendment shall be as follows:
