Interest of owners after termination. After termination of the condominiwn plan of ownership, the owners shall own the condominium and all assets of the Association as tenants in common. The percentage interest of each owner as~a tenant in common shall be the same as his percentage interest in the common elements prior to such termination. D. Amendment. T'his article entitled "Termination" cannot be amended without the consent of all apartment.owners and of all holders of record of mortgages on the apartments. ~ ARTICLE XXIV: AMENDMENTS ~ A. Amendments. Except as elsewhere provided, this Declaration of Condominium may be amended in the following manner: , i. Notice. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amendment shall be included in the notice of any meeting at which a proposed amendment is to be con- ~ ~ sidered. - t R ; ii. Resolution.
