LA SAGRA C4NDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ~
ARTICLE .I: IDENTITY
These are the By-Laws of LA SAGRA CONDOMINIUM ASSO-
CIATION, INC., a corporation not for profit under the lawa of
t
the State of Florida, organiaed for the purpose of operating
- a condominium to be known as LA SAGRA CONDOMINIUM.
ARTICLE II: MEETINGS OF_MEMBERS
A. Annual Meetings. The annual meetings of the
~ members of LA SAGRA CONDOMItJIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., here-
~inafter referred to as the "Association", shall be held on ~
the second Monday in December beginning in 1974, at the
principal office of the Association at 3200 North A-1-A,
Ft. Pierce. Florida, or at such other time and
place as may be designated by ~ess~~tion of the Board of
Directors.
~ B. Special Meetings. Special meetings of inembers -
~
~ shall be held whenever called by the President, or by a
i majority of the Boa~rd of Directors, and must be called by
,
such officers upon receipt of a written request from members
. - ~
entitled to cast a majori~y of the votes of the entire member- ~
ship.
C. Notice. A notice of each regular or special meeting
of the members, signed by the Secretary, shall be mailed to
each member at his address as it appears on the records of
the Association, not less than ten (10) nor more than sixty
z~ (60) days before the date set for the meeting. The notice
~
~ shall state the purpose of the meeting and the time and
~ .
~ place it is to be held. Such notice shall be sufficient
~
