member may waive notice of any meetinq in writinq either
before, at, or after such meeting. -As to members who
jointly own an apartment or apartmenta, notice to any one
of the joint awners shall be notice to all. _
D. Quorum. A quorum at meetings of the members
shall consist of persons entitled to cast a majority of
the votes of the entire membership. The joinder of a ,

member in the action of a meeting by siqning and concurring
in the minutes thereof_shall constitute the presence of
such member for the purpose of determining a quorum. Acts
approved by a majority of the votes present at a meeting
at which a quorwn is present shall constitute acts of the
members, except when approval by a greater number of inembers
is required by the Condominium Act, Declaration of Condominium,
the Articles of Incorporation or these By-Laws.
E. Votin . In any meeting of inembers, the awners
of apartments shall be entitled to cast one vote for each
apartment vwned. If an apartment is owned by one person,
~ his right to vote shall be established by the record title
¢ to his apartment. If an apartment is owned by more than
one person, or is under lease, the per-son entitled to cast
a vote for the apartment shall be designated by certificates
signed by all of the record awners of the apartment and
filed with the secretary of the Association; provided, how-
ever, that if an apartment is awned by a husband and wife,
it shall not be necessary to file the aforesaid certificate
and either of them may attend a meeting and cast a vote,
notwithstanding anything hereinafter to the contrary. In
