corporation, the person entitled to cast a vote for the
apartment shall be desiqnated by a certificate signed by
the president or vice-president and attested by the .
secretary or assistant secretary of such corporation and
filed with the secretary of the Association. Such certi-
ficates shall be valid until revoked, or until superseded
by a subsequent certificate, or until a change in the
awnership af the apartment concerned. A certificate
desiqnating the person entitled to cast a vote of an apart- .
ment jointly awned may be revoked by any joint owner of
such apartment. If such certificate is not on file, the
vote of such awners shall not be considered in determining
the requirements for a quorum or for any other purpose.
F. Proxies. Votes may be cast in person_or by
proxy. All proxies shall be in writinq. Proxies shall be
valid only for the particular meeting designated therein
and must be filed with the secretary of the Association
before the appointed time of the meeting.
G. Adjourned N~eetings.. If any meeting of the members

; cannat be organized because a quorum has not attended, the

m~embers who are present, either in person or by proxy, may {
adjourn the meeting from tfine to time until a quorum is ~
present.
H. Proviso. Provided, however, until the Develope=
has sold all apartments in the Condominium or until the
first annual meeting of the membership held after three (3)
~years from the date of recording the Declaration of Condo-
minium, whichever ev.ent shall first occur, the proceedings

~ have any effect unless approved by the board of directors.
