directors, includinq those exiatinq under the Condominium
Act, Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation,
and these 8y-Laws, subject only to approval by members of
• the Association when such approval is specifically required.
Such pawers and duties shall be exercised in accordance with
the prov~sions of the Declaration of Condaninium and shall
include but not be limited to the following:
i. To levy and collect assessments against
members to defray the costs of operating the
Condominium and to utilize the proceeds of
assessments in the exercise of its pawers
and duties;
ii. To maintain, repair, replace, and operate
the Condo~ninium and the property comprising
the same, including the riqht to reconstruct
improvements after casualty and to make further
improvements to the Condominium property;
iii. To employ and dismiss personnel necessary for
the maintenance and operation of the Condominium;
; iv. To contract for the operation and management

` of the Condominium and to delegate to the con-

the Association except those which~may be
specifically required by the Condominium Act,
Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incor-
poration, or these By-Laws to be exercised by
the membership of the Association or the board
of directors.
, v. To purchase, lease or otherwise acquire condo-
~ minium apartments in the name of the Association
