To make and establish reasonable rules and requlations qoverning the use of Condominiwa property; xi. To enforce by legal means the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorpo- rati.on, these By-Laws, and the rules and regu- lations governinq the use of Condominium property. R. Fees. Campensation for directors, if any, shall be determined by members of the Association, and approval ~ of such co~pensation shall require the affirnaative vote of € . ~ not less than fifty-one percent (51$) of the entire member- ~ - ship of the Association~; provided, however, members of the initial board of directors shall not be entitled to any compensation for their services as directors. ARTICLE IV: OFFICERS A. Executive- Officers .
