vi. To abtain insurance for the Condominium;
vii. To maintain accounting records accordinq to

viii. To approve or disapprove proposed purch~sers,
lessees, and mortgaqees of apartments as pro-
vided in the Declaration of Condominium;
ix. To pay the cost of all pawer, water, sewer,
~ and other utility services rendered to the
Condominium and not billed to awners of
individual apartments;
x. To make and establish reasonable rules and
requlations qoverning the use of Condominiwa
property;
xi. To enforce by legal means the provisions of the
Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorpo-
rati.on, these By-Laws, and the rules and regu-
lations governinq the use of Condominium property.
R. Fees. Campensation for directors, if any, shall
be determined by members of the Association, and approval
~ of such co~pensation shall require the affirnaative vote of

initial board of directors shall not be entitled to any
compensation for their services as directors.
ARTICLE IV: OFFICERS
