The same person may hold two (2) offices except that the same person shall not hold the-office of President and Vice-president or the office of President and Secretary or Assistant Secretary. Any officer may be removed with or without cause by a majority vote of the board of directors at a~y duly constituted meeting. B. President. The President sha12 be the chief executive officer of the Association. He shall have such • pawers and duties of administration of policy as are granted to him by the board of directors and which are usually vested in the office of President of a corporation, in- cluding bu~ not li:mited to the pvwer to appoint committees ~ from among the members from time to time as he may in his ` discretion determine appropriate for the administration of Association golicy. He shall also generally assist the President and exercise such other pawers and i perform such other duties as shall be prescribed by the ° Directors. D. Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all proceedings of the directors and the members. He shall attend to the giving and serving of all notices to the members and directors and shall have custody of the ~ seal of the Association and affix it to instruments re- ~ - quiring the seal when duly signed.
