B. Assessments. Assessments against the members
for their share of the common expenses shall be made
annually by the board of directors on or before the 20th
day of Decen~er preceding the year for which the assess-
ments are made. The manner and place of payment of such
assessments shall be as provided in a notice thereof,
which notice shall be mailed~to each member at his address
as it appears on the records of the Association within
three (3? days after the assessments are made. If an
annual assessment is not made as required, an assessment
shall be presumed to have been made in the amount of the
last prior assessment and to be payable in the manner and
at the place specified in the last prior notice of assess-
ment. In the event the annual assessment proves to be
insufficient, the budget and assessments may be amended at
any time by the board of directors and notice of such
amendments shall be given to the members of the Association
~ as heretofore provided.
C. Assessments for Emergencies. Assessments for
` co~mnon expenses for emergencies which cannot be paid from~
~
~ the annual assessments for common expenses shall be made
~ by the board of directors only after notice of the need
~
for such_emergency assessment is given to the members of
the Association in the method heretofore provided for
giving notice of ineetings of the board of directors.
D. Special Assessments. If any member of the
Association shall violate any provisions of the Declaration
of Condominium, the Articles of Incorporation, these By-
~ Laws, or the rules and regulations adopted by the board of
~
~ directors, the costs of the Association in enjoininq, abating
or remedying such violation shall be Eollectable by the
~
