Association from such member by special assessment or
otherwise. ~ -
Deposit of Funds. Funds of the Association shall
be deposited in such bank or banks as shall be designated
fran time to time by the board of directors. Withdrawal
of n~nies froae such account shall be only by checks signed
by such persons as are authorized by the board of directors;
provided, hvwever, that a manaqement aqreement may include
in its provisions authority in the Manager to sign checks
on behalf of the Association for the payment of obligations
of the Association.
. F. Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Association
shall be the calendar year.
ARTICLE VI: SEAL
The seal of the Association shall contain the name
of the Association, the ward "Florida" the words "corpo-
ration not for profit" and the year of incorporation.
ARTICLS VII: PARLIAMENTARY RULES
Robert's Rules of Order (latest edition) shall

` govern the conduct of Association proceedings when not

~ in conflict with the Condominium Act, the Articles of
~ Incorporation and these By-Laws.

~ ARTICLE VIII: AMLNDMENTS
~ A. Amendments. Amendments to these By-Laws shall
be proposed and adopted in the follawing manner:
i. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed~
amendment shall be included in the notice of

~ any meeting_at which a proposed araendment is

~ to be considered;
