C. Proviso. Notwithatandinq the foreqoinq provisions,
no amendment shall be adopted without the consent and approval
of the Developer until all apartments in the Condominium
• have been sold and the sales transactions closed, or until
three (3) years after the~date of recordinq the Declaration
of Condominium, whichever event shall first occur. No amend-
ment shall make changes in the qualifications for membership
or the voting rights of inembers without the approval in
writing of all members and the joinder of all record owners
of mortgages on the apartments, and no amendment shall be
made which is in conflict with the Condominium Act, ~he
Declaration of Condominium, or the Articles of Incorporation.
THE UNDERSIGNED hereby certify that the foregoing
w~ere unanimously adopted as the By-Laws of LA SAGRA CONDO-
MINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a corporation not for profit
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
