action in the name of the Association by way
of makinq, recordinq, satisfying and fore-
cloaing the Association's lien therefore,
initiatinq legal process, or takinq such
other action as Manager shall deem ;

of such assessments.
(f) Insurance. Caused to be placed or kept in ~
force all insurance required or permitted
by the Declaration of Condominium with ~
insurance carriers selected by the Manager, • ;

in such amounts and with such coverage as the ~

Board of Directors of the Association shall ~ ~
designate in writing, and as agent for the
Association.and for each apartment owner and
for each owner or any other insured interest
to adjust all claims arising under the in-
I surance policies purchased by the Association;
E to bring suit thereon in the name of the

~ Association and other insureds anc3 to deliver
~ releases upon payment of claims; to exercise
~
~ all rights, powers and privileges of the
Association and each apartment owner or any

other owner of an insured interes~ under such
~ insurance policies. -
~ (g) Associ-ation's records. Maintain the Association's
~ minute baok, membership list, and all financial
~ record books, accounts and other re~rords required
~
~ to be kept by the Association as provided in the-
