provided, however, Manaqer shall not be
required to attend any of such meetings. !

(1) Apartments. Manaqer shall have no
respons~b~ity to maintain or repair that
portion of the condominiwa the responsibility
of which, pursuant to the Declaration, is that
of the individual apartment owners. However,
Manager may, in its discretion, perform such
~ services at the request of an owner and make a
separate charge thereof to such owner. Manager's
costs in this regard shall not be considered to
be a cost of the Association hereunder.
(m) Experts. Retain attorneys, accountants-, and
such other experts and professionals whose
services the Manager may reasonably require

~ - to perform effectively its duti.~s hereunder.
~ (n) Parking. As to those parking spaces not
~ designated as limited coauaon elements by the
Declaration of Condominium, to assign such - ~
parking spaces to the apartments on an indi- _
vidual or group basis. Any such assiqnments
shall be subject to revision by Manager as it
shall deem appropriate.
(o) Funds. Deposit all funds collected from the
members of the Association-or otherwise

accruing to the Association, in a special

~ bank account or accounts, in banks and or
~
savings and loan associations in St. Lucie
