(p) Apportionment. Apportion maintenance costs and charges~and costs of equipment, supplies, i and the like, where appropriate, between the Association and other similar associations, or other multiple.dwelling apartment buildings, in the vicinit.y of the Galleon Condominiura. ~ Such apportionment shall be made by Manager in its absolute discretion, takinq into consideration the reZative size-of apartment buildings and the number of apartments con- tained therein. The parties specifically _ acknowledge and recognize that the right and ~ discretion hereby vested in Manager with - reference to such apportionment is necessary and essential by reason of the fact that ` Manager will be perfora~ing services similar l ~ to the services performed under this agreement t for additional properties and other condominium ~ - ~ associations; and that in connection therewith it would add substantially to the cost of administration and management hereunder if Manager were required to cost account for each condominium association or to hire maintenance personnel solely for an individual condominium.
