Application of Collections. All assessments and other revenues, if any, of the Association which Manager shall collect shall be applied as follows: (a) Insurance. First to the payment of premiums on insurance policies carried by the Association. (b) Manager. Next to the payment of the Manager of its fee as hereinafter provided. (c) UtilitYes. Next to the payment of all utilities chargeable against the condominium. • (d) Balance. The balance shall be utilized, applied, disbursed and otherwise expended or reserved by the Manager to pay the cost and expenses of j , the services rendered by Manager under this ~ ~ agreement. "Cost and expenses of services" ~ as herein used is defined to include any and ~ _ all costs or expenses incurred by Manager in the performance of any of its duties or the exercise of any of its pow~ers hereunder. . 4. ~Compensation of Manager. (a) Direct Costs. All services performed by Manager hereunder, including those services and the exercise of those powers set forth in paragraph 2 hereof, shall be at no cost ~ or expense whatever to itself but solely for ~ the account and at the expense of the Association.
